In the area of Loess plateau, the water consumption per capita only has about 23 liters. What an appalling number it is！ But in our daily life, we can see the scene of wasting water everywhere. We usually see the tap running water but nobody turns it off. And the water pollution in our life is also a common behavior. People always use excess laundry soap to wash clothes, and it always makes pollution. Today the water resources are more and more important.
