全自动片剂摆药机在我院的应用与工作能效分析 ＊ 史 涛 ，曹 畅，林臻玉，魏丹丹（解放军第174医院药剂科，福建厦门 361003） 中图分类号 R95 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2014）21-1957-04 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2014.21.13 摘 要 目的：评价全自动片剂摆药机在我院实际应用中的工作能效。方法：统计我院住院药房全自动摆药机投入使用前后各 15个工作日内手工调剂和摆药机调剂的用时；统计10个科室的调剂情况与不同限制条件下的摆药用时；计算两种调剂模式的消 耗成本；调查药师、护士、医师、患者和管理层人员共计100人对使用摆药机的评价。结果：与手工调剂相比，使用摆药机后调剂效 率有较大的提高（P ＜0.01），可减少差错；摆药机可调剂药品的比例增大，调剂速率相应提高；摆药机每天约增加成本550元；受调 查人员对摆药机的工作持满意态度（满意度大于90％）。结论：摆药机可提高调剂速率和调剂准确性，其能效受调剂情况的复杂 性和可实现机器调剂的药品比例的影响。摆药机调剂得到了相关人员的认可。 关键词 全自动片剂摆药机；住院药房；工作能效；公众认可度 Application of Automatic Tablet Dispensing Machine and Analysis of the Work Efficiency in Our Hospital SHI Tao ，CAO Chang ，LIN Zhen-yu ，WEI Dan-dan （Dept. of Pharmacy ，No. 174Hospital of PLA ，Fujian Xia- men 361003，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To evaluate the performance of automatic tablet dispensing machine in the practice of our hospital. METHODS ：To record the dispensing time of manual and automatical dispensing mode in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital during 15working days ；to record the dispensing situation and the time of 2 dispensing modes in 10 departments under different limited conditions ；to calculate the costs of 2 modes ；the evaluation of devices was surveyed for 100persons including pharma- cists ，nurses ，patients and leaders. RESULTS ：Work efficiency was greatly improved by using dispensing machine （P ＜0.01），dis- pensing error were reduced ，the ratio of drug dispensed by machine was increased ，and dispensing rate was also improved ；the dis- pensing machine caused daily cost increased by 550yuan ；the respondents were satisfied with dispensing machine （degree of satis- faction ＞90％）. CONCLUSIONS ：Automatic drug dispensing machine can improve dispensing rate and dispensing accuracy ， meanwhile ，its efficiency is affected by the complexity of dispensing situation and the ratio of machine dispensing ；moreov
