Abstract: A threedimensional mathematical model for simulation of molten steel flow in thewhole 300 t H unit has
been established. Twofluid model has been used. T he influences of process parameters such as nozzles number, in
terval and row number which affecting steel flow behavior and circulation flow rate were simulated. esults show
that, flow field has a little change and circulation flow rate is changed with number of nozzles, it is proper to control
nozzles interval in 150 mm and in interleaving way.
