Ingredients: lean pork bamboo shoot, mushroom, 1 egg salt , rice wine, salad oil, sugar , corn flour , spring onion , ginger, sweet and sour sauce Ⅱ. Method: Rinse the pork and place on a cutting board then chop the pork with the back of knife and cut the pork and other ingredients into cubes. Marinate the pork with seasonings, then mix the whipped eggs with corn flour and a little water as paste Coat the pork with corn flour paste , then deep-fry it in hot oil for a moment and drain well, when the oil becomes much hotter, deep-fry it again till the pork looks golden brown , then scoop out and drain well. Stir-fry the bamboo shoot, mushroom and spring onion for a moment. Add the sweet and sour sauce in the wok. Thicken the sauce with corn flour paste when it boil. Then put the pork in the wok and stir-fry thoroughly. At last sprinkle the dish with hot oil and dish up. Ⅲ. Features: Sweet and sour agreeable to the taste Crisp outside and tender inside
