Methods The clinical an CT ata of 7 patients with pathologically ocumente PPC was retrospective analyze . Results The seven pa- t ients inclu e 5 males an 2 females, age ranging from 2 1 to 7 0 years ol . T he main clinical symptom was cough, breathless- ness, haemopt ysis, chest pain an low fever. T he most common CT manifestations of pulmonary crypt ococcosis w ere single no ule ( n= 1) or multiple pulmonary no ules (n= 5) , inclu ing patchy consoli ation mixe w ith no ules (n= 4) , segmental or lobar consoli ation ( n= 1) . Cavit y coul be foun in some no ules an consoli ation (n= 2) . Most lesions were locate in outer zone an subpleural regions. Conclusions PPC show e various abnormalities in the images. CT fin ings of PPC are not specific. When the iagnosis of lung lesion is not clear, PPC shoul be consi ere . T his is a key to early iagnosis.
