Based on the tw o-film theory, the average volumetric m ass transfer m odel is established. By num erical calculation, the flow velocity, porosity d istribution, pressu re distribution and desu lfurization efficiency of different liqu id/gas ratio are obtained. Pressure loss and desu lfurization efficiency are com paredw ith expermi ental data, the pred iction resu lts and expermi ental results arew ell consistent, wh ich is exactly the sam e trend.
