不同用量猪粪对黏土矿物钝化修复镉污染土壤效应影响化作用,导致土壤有效态Cd含量略有增加,但在黏土矿物材料钝化修复下,增施猪粪土壤有效态Cd含量略有降低,但与对照并无显著性差异。海泡石和凹土单一钝化处理可使油麦菜可食部分的Cd含量分别降低7.1%和14.3%,单施猪粪时油麦菜可食部分的Cd含量降低10.7%~25.0%;海泡石和凹土钝化修复下,增施猪粪可使油麦菜可食部分的Cd含量分别降低32.1%~35.7%和35.7%~39.3%。海泡石钝化修复下,增施猪粪可以一定程度地提高土壤氮、磷、钾有效性和作物的营养水平,但影响不明显。凹土钝化修复下,对土壤氮有效性无明显影响,但增施中、高量猪粪处理可以显著增加土壤磷有效性,增施低、中量猪粪处理可以显著增加土壤钾有效性 关键词:黏土矿物;猪粪;镉污染;土壤;钝化;影响 中图分类号:S141.2+X53 文献标识号:A 文章编号:1001-4942(2017)01-0080-07 Abstract A pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of adding pig manure on immobilization remediation of cadmium contaminated soil with sepiolite and attapulgite. The results showed that adding pig manure under sepiolite remediation resulted in the decrease of Lactuca sativa L. biomass, but the attapulgite remediation coupled with high dose of pig manure (15 g/kg) could increase the Lactuca sativa L. biomass by 6.6%. Under clay mineral remediation, applying pig manure did not significantly change the nitrite content in Lactuca sativa L. except that the treatment of sepiolite (10 g/kg) + pig manure (15 g/kg) significantly decreased the nitrite content in Lactuca sativa L.. The decrease of soil pH value was not obvious after adding pig manure under clay mineral remediation. Single applying pig manure had not obvious decreasing effect on soil available Cd but even activation effect, which resulted in the soil available Cd increased slightly. Under clay mineral remediation, applying pig manure could slightly decrease the soil available Cd content, but the difference was not significant. The Cd content in edible part of Lactuca sativa L. decreased by 7.1% and 14.3% respectively under sepiolite and attapulgite immobilization remediation. Only adding pig manure could reduce Cd content in Lactuca sativa L. by 10.7%~25.0%. Under sepiolite and attapulgite remediation, applying pig manure could induce Cd content in Lactuca sativa L. by 32.1%~35.7% and 35.7%~39.3% respectively.
