不同鼻导管插入深度对心内科患者舒适度影响   [摘要] 目的 探讨双侧鼻导管吸氧时导管插入深度的不同对心内科患者舒适度的影响。方法 通过方便抽样,选取上海交通大学附属胸科医院2015年7月~2016年1月心内科CCU患者共120例作为研究对象,改变任意一侧鼻导管插入深度为1 cm作为观察组,另一侧保持原有深度(1.5 cm)作为对照组,在保证患者氧疗效果的前提下,比较患者不同侧鼻腔舒适度评分以及呼吸道症状的发生率。 结果 吸氧30 min和24 h后,观察组的舒适度评分均低于对照组(P 0.05)。改变鼻导管插入深度(1 cm)吸氧24 h后,观察组在鼻腔内异物感、鼻咽部痒疼、鼻黏膜干燥和鼻黏膜破损出血方面的发生率均低于对照组(P 0.05)。 结论 双侧鼻导管吸氧时,插入深度为1 cm的舒适度高于插入深度为1.5 cm,应根据患者鼻腔大小、深度等自身条件不同,调节双侧鼻导管吸氧时的插入深度 [关键词] 鼻导管吸氧;导管插入深度;舒适度 [中图分类号] R472 [文献标识码] A [文章?号] 1673-7210(2016)11(b)-0154-04 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of different catheter insertion depth on the comfort degree of patients with bilateral nasal catheter oxygen inhalation. Methods By convenience sampling, 120 cases of CCU patients in the Department of Cardiology of Chest Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University from July 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research object. The depth of oxygen nasal tube was either adjusted to 1 cm as an observation group, while,kept to the original size of 1.5 cm as control group. On the premise of ensuring the effect of oxygen therapy, the patients’ different side of nasal cavity comfort score and the incidence of respiratory symptoms were compared. Results After oxygen inhalation of 30 min and 24 h, the comfort scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Changed in the patients with the insertion depth (1 cm) oxygen after 24 h, the observation group in the nasal cavity, pharynx itch sensation of pain, nasal mucosa and nasal mucosa damage dry bleeding incidence were lower than those of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion When oxygen inhalation of bilateral nasal catheter, the insertion depth of 1 cm is higher than the insertion depth of 1.5 cm, the patient should be based on the nasal size, depth and other conditions of their own different, adjust the depth of insertion of bilateral nasal catheter oxygen.
