代谢组学预测胚胎发育潜能探究进展   【摘要】 保证辅助生殖技术治疗成功的一个关键步骤是客观评估胚胎的发育潜力,以确保挑选最具着床潜力的植入前胚胎用于移植。目前所使用的胚胎评估方法很大程度上基于胚胎的形态,虽然这种方法能保证可观的妊娠率,降低了多胎妊娠率,但是其精确度仍不高。因此,建立一种客观、准确、快速评估卵母细胞和胚胎发育潜能的评估方法极为重要。代谢组学作为新兴的技术手段在胚胎评估的应用上有着较大的潜力。本文主要对胚胎的代谢组学研究进行概述,包括胚胎培养基中葡萄糖、乳酸、丙酮酸、氨基酸、氧耗量等代谢情况,同时也概述了光学光谱和非光学光谱的代谢组学技术分析胚胎培养基谱对于评估胚胎的意义和建立模型的可行性,为当前胚胎评估方法提供可行的补充 【关键词】 胚胎发育; 评估; 代谢; 培养液 Research Progress on Metabonomics in the Analysis of Embryo Development Potential/ZHU Yun-shan,HUO Peng,ZUO Xiao-xu,et al.//Medical Innovation of China,2016,13(35):135-138 【Abstract】 A key step in assisted reproduction is the assessment of embryo developmental potential in order to determine the embryo most likely to result in pregnancy.Currently used embryo assessment strategies are largely based on embryo morphology.Although these systems have been successful in improving pregnancy rates and reducing multiple gestations,their precision is still insufficient.Therefore,development of an objective,accurate,fast and affordable test that can aid in the assessment of embryo developmental potential is a significant aim of reproductive medicine.Metabonomics as a novel technology has great potential in the application of embryo assessment,this article mainly summarized the research of metabolomics on embryo,and these include the measurement of glucose,lactate,pyruvate or amino acid levels in the embryo culture media,assessment of oxygen consumption by the embryo.Recent studies suggest that metabolomic profiling of embryo culture media using optical and non-optical spectroscopies may provide a useful adjunct to the current embryo assessment strategies and provide insight into the phenotype of embryos with increasing reproductive potential. 【Key words】 Embryonic development; Assessment; Metabolism; Culture medium First-authors address:Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College,Guilin 541001,China doi:10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.35.033 近年来不孕症的高发病率,使得通过辅助生殖技术――体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfe
