医疗机构科研能力评价体系探究 　　摘要：目的 建立一套针对医疗机构科研项目能力评价的指标管理体系，并对医疗机构科研项目能力评价体系的必要性、目的、意义进行阐述。方法 使用德尔菲法，通过两轮的专家函询，综合采用文献有哪些信誉好的足球投注网站分析和理论研究，对医疗机构科研能力评价的现状及存在的问题进行分析。结果 本研究筛选出了100项评价指标，包括4项为一级指标，由一级指标派生出的4项二级指标及二级指标派生出的三级指标，这样就构成了本研究的二、三级指标。赋予指标体系中的一、二、三级指标不同的权重值。建立了医疗机构科研项目全程评价指标体系。结论 评价指标体系考虑到了医疗机构的各个方面，建立针对医疗机构科研项目能力评价的指标体系是非常必要的 关键词：医疗机构；科研项目；问题 Abstract：Objective To establish a set of indicator management system to evaluate the medical institution’s ability in scientific research projects， and elaborate the necessity， purpose and significance of the scientific research project ability evaluation system for medical institutions. Methods The Delphi method was used， and through two rounds of expert inquiry， literature search analysis and theoretical studies were comprehensively applied to analyze the status and existing problems of medical institutions’ scientific research ability evaluation. Results The study selected 100 evaluation indicators， including 4 first-class indicators， while 4 second-class indicators derived from the first-class indicator and third-class indicators derived from second-class indicators， which constituted the second and third-class indicators of the study. The first， second and third-class indicators in the indicator system were given different weight values. The evaluation indicator system for the whole process of medical institution’s scientific research project was established. Conclusion The evaluation indicator system takes all aspects of the medical institution into consideration； therefore it is necessary to establish an indicator system to evaluate the medical institution’s ability in scientific research projects.
