As the results, plant greening and arrangement and ecological restoration technique were proposed. Based on Wenzhou urban river Heng River in this paper, multiple technology and filter-feeding aquatic animals were applied to decompose, absorb and then transfer the pollutant in the water to restore ecosystem of river banks. The multiple technologies was combined with activated microbial agents with high anti- pollution characteristic, functional aquatic plants with biological properties and land plants with hydroponic technique, biology-floating- island technique, biofilm process and re-aeration technique. Research showed that ecological restoration technique could be used to treat eutrophication water and environmental ecological problems. The practice and spread of this project
