急性期脑干梗死诊断中MRI检查应用意义探究   【摘要】 目的:探究急性期?X干梗塞诊断中MRI检查的应用意义研究。方法:选取2013年 6月-2015年6月内前来本院治疗急性期脑干梗死的部分患者作为受试者74例。对所有患者均进行MRI检查,将MRI检查所记录的影像学资料以及患者临床资料保留,并综合两者总结急性期脑干梗死在MRI影像学资料中所具有的特点以及该病症的病例特点。结果:医护人员结合MRI影像学资料以及患者临床资料进行总结,74例发现急性期脑干梗死单发病例39例,多发患者35例。发现梗死灶总计102个,其中梗死灶病变所处位置较为分散,延髓、中脑以及桥脑等出均发现有梗死灶。梗死直径范围处于1~28 mm,直径范围处于1~10 mm的梗死灶共有32个,直径范围处于10~20 mm内的梗死灶共有52个,直径范围处于20~28 mm内的梗死灶共有18个。梗死灶形态各不相同,主要有点状、片状以及条索状。结果:MRI检测环节可以为医护人员呈现患者脑干的三维结构,使得医护人员能够更为清楚地观察患者脑内梗死灶的数量、梗死直径范围、尺寸以及形态。以便医护人员之后手术的顺利进行,确保了医护人员诊断的准确率,具有较高的临床价值以及良好的应用前景,可以应用于实际治疗过程中当中,并进行推广 【关键词】 急性期; 脑干梗死; MRI检查; 应用意义 The Significance of MRI Examination in the Diagnosis of Brainstem Infarction in Acute Stage/WANG Le,LU Ming-yuan,GAO Dong-dong,et al.//Medical Innovation of China,2016,13(31):106-109 【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the significance of MRI examination in the diagnosis of brainstem infarction in acute stage.Method:A total of 74 patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled in the study.The MRI examination in all patients,MRI will check the recorded image data and the clinical data were retained, acute brainstem infarction both with the characteristics of data in the MRI image, and the disease characteristics were comprehensive summarized.Result:Medical staff combined with MRI imaging data and clinical data of patients were summarized,in 74 patients found that the acute phase of brain stem infarction in 39 cases,35 cases of multiple patients,a total of 102 cases infarction foci.Among them,the lesion located in the lesion was located in medulla, midbrain and bridge.The diameter range was 1 to 28 mm infarction,infarct size in infarct 1 to 10 mm for a total of 32 cases,in the range of infarction infarction diameter 10 to 20 mm for a total of 52 cases,18 cases in the diameter range of infarction infarct 20 to 28 mm.The infarction lesions were different in shape,mainly in the shape,the shape and the strip shape.Conclusion:MRI testing can be a three-dimensional st
