早期干预联合健康教育对高危儿行为发育影响探究   【摘要】 目的:探讨早期干预联合健康教育对高危儿行为发育的影响。方法:选择本院儿童保健门诊初次接诊的高危儿40例作为研究对象,于2014年1月-2016年6月开展干预和调查工作,随机分为高危干预组和高危对照组,每组各20例,另选择同期在院儿保科常规体检的正常儿童30例作为正常对照组。对三组患儿进行常规教育和育儿指导,及有关疾病预防的知识宣教,高危研究组在此基础上给予患儿早期干预联合健康教育方法,于半年后测定其行为发育水平。结果:高危干预组患儿干预的PDI、MDI值明显高于高危对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。高危干预组患儿干预后的DQ值明显高于高危对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:早期干预联合健康教育能有效增强高危儿的行为发育情况,改善其预后,提高高危儿的智力水平和生活质量 【关键词】 早期干预; 健康教育; 高危儿; 行为发育 【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of early intervention and health education on behavioral development of high risk infants.Method:40 cases of high risk infants from the child health clinic in our hospital first admissions were selected as the research objects,the intervention and investigation work was carried out from January 2014 to June 2016.All children were randomly divided into high risk study group and high risk control group at high risk,20 cases in each group.30 cases of normal children at the same period in hospital child health routine examination were selected as normal control group.Three groups of children were treated with routine education,child care guidance,and related disease prevention knowledge education. On the basis of above,the methods of early intervention and health education were given for high risk group.After six months,the behavioral development levels of three groups were measured.Result:The PDI and MDI value of high risk intervention group were significantly higher than those in high risk control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The DQ value of high risk intervention group was significantly higher than that of the high risk control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Early intervention combined with health education can effectively enhance the development of highrisk infants,improve the prognosis,the level of intelligence and quality life of highrisk infants. 【Key words】 Early intervention; Health education; High risk infants; Behavioral development
