摘 要 施工组织设计是项目在施工过程中的指导性文件，它合理地把人工、材料、机械安排到施工过程中。合理有效的施工组织设计可以让各个部门协调有序的开展工作，最后达到提前工期的效果。 本建设项目位于江苏省镇江市，所选项目为住宅小区，本工程仅选择10号高层住宅楼和地下室编制单项工程施工组织设计，10号楼地下一层、地上分两个单元分别为十八层、十七层，剪力墙结构。地下室一层，采用桩基础、底板面高为-2.85米，面积较大，由于建筑物北面靠近河道，应注意开挖、降水和围护等问题；建筑平面布置较规整、户型对称，地下一层到9层设后浇带，因此施工部署时需要考虑分区。这次的设计主要通过切实可靠的工程量计算，完善的设计图纸和相应的规范规定来进行，对施工中遇到的难点和重点进行分析设计。并以此来做出切实可行的工期安排和人力资源控制来顺利地完成本工程项目的建设。 关键词：施工组织设计，工期安排，人力资源控制 ABSTRACT The construction organization design is the project in the construction process the guidance document, it reasonably artificial, the material, the machinery arrangement to the construction process. The reasonable and effective construction organization design can let each department coordinate and orderly work, and finally achieve the effect of the time ahead of schedule. The project is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, the selected item is residential area, this project selects only the 10th high-rise residential buildings and basements preparation of individual construction organization design, Building 10 basement, ground and two units were eighteen layers seventeen layer shear wall structure. First basement, using pile foundation, the floor surface is -2.85 meters high, a larger area, due north of the building near the river, it should pay attention to the excavation, precipitation and containment issues; building layout was orderly, symmetrical units, ground floor 9 layer after layer to the setting back strip, therefore we need to consider the construction of partition deployment. This design mainly through the practical engineering quantity calculation, the perfect design blueprint and the corresponding standard stipulation, carries on the analysis design to the construction difficulties and key point. And in order to make the feasible schedule and the human resources control to complete the construction of this project smoothly.
