INTRODUCTION 简介 Liberty Insurance Company Limited (herein called the Company) hereby issues this Liberty SuperCare Global Medical Policy (herein called the Policy) to the Policyholder as named in the Certificate of Insurance. The cover provided shall be determined by the terms and conditions contained herein together with the Benefits Schedule (herein called the Schedule) issued to or in respect of the Policyholder on behalf of Primary Insureds and Dependents.
