浙江医学2017 年第39 卷第7 期 卡介菌多糖核酸联合紫外线光 疗对银屑病患者细胞免疫功能 影响 杨璐 郑擎 任雅君 【摘要 】 目的 探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合紫外线（UVB ）光疗对银屑病患者的临床疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 选 取90 例寻常型银屑病患者，随机分为对照 1 组、对照2 组和治疗组，每组30 例分别给予UVB 光疗法、卡介菌多糖核酸、卡介菌多糖 核酸联合UVB 光疗法进行治疗，比较3 组临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。 结果 治疗组总有效率（93.33% ）显著高于对照 1 + + + + + 组（70.00% ）和对照2 组（66.66% ）（P＜0.05 ）。与治疗前比较，3 组患者CD3 、CD4 及CD4 /CD8 比值显著升高（P＜0.05 ），CD8 显 著降低（P＜.05 ），治疗组变化更为明显（P＜0.05 ）。与治疗前比较，治疗后3 组患者各时间段PASI 评分均显著下降（P＜0.05 ）；治疗组 治疗后各时间段PASI 评分下降更明显（P＜0.05 ）。治疗组复发率显著低于对照 1 组和对照2 组（P＜0.05 ）。结论 卡介菌多糖核酸 联合UVB 光疗可显著减少皮 面积、降低严重性，有效改善患者细胞免疫功能，是一种可靠的治疗寻常型银屑病的方法。 【关键词】 银屑病 卡介菌多糖核酸 UVB 细胞免疫功能 Cellular immune function in patients with psoriasis receiving BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid combined with UVB phototherapy , China 【Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the cellular immune function in patients with psoriasis receiving BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid combine with UVB phototherapy.
