复合乳酸菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗急性腹泻病临床探析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散在临床治疗急性腹泻的疗效情况。方法：选择2014年9月-2016年9月在本院就诊的100例急性腹泻患儿，按照随机原则平均分为两组，其中对照组蒙脱石散治疗，而观察组则是在此基础上联合复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗，对比两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效、止泻时间以及体温恢复正常时间，同时统计各组不良反应发生率。结果：对照组总有效率70.0%，而观察组总有效率则高达94.0%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在临床治疗急性腹泻患儿过程中，除了常规应用止泻药物对症治疗外，还可以?合应用乳酸菌胶囊通过调节肠道菌群来提高疗效，不仅缩短了止泻时间，且不会增加不良反应发生率，值得临床推广 【关键词】 复合乳酸菌胶囊； 蒙脱石散； 急性腹泻 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Lactobacillus complex capsules combined with Montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute diarrhea Method：100 children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random principle.The control group adopted Montmorillonite powder for treatment，while on this basis，the observation group adopted combined lactobacillus complex capsules for treatment.The clinical curative effect，antidiarrheal time and temperature recovery time of patients in two groups were compared， and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was analyzed for each group at the same time.Result：The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%，while the observation group was 94.0%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the process of treating patients with acute diarrhea， besides the conventional application of antidiarrheal drugs for treatment，the curative effect improves which combined application of Lactobacillus capsules to adjust the intestinal flora，which can not only shorten the diarrhea time，but also does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions，so that it is worthy of clinical promotion. 【Key words】 Lactobacillus complex capsules； Montmorillonite powder； Acute diarrhea First-authors address：Heyuan City Maternal and Child Care Service Centre，Heyuan 517000，China doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.07.014 腹泻是门诊、急诊就诊过程中最为普遍的一类疾病，导致腹泻的因素众多，例如饮食不洁、气候变化等。由于小儿自身免疫功能尚不完善，以此急性腹泻往往是儿童多见。统计显示，急性腹泻患儿各个季节均会发病，但以秋冬季节多见。治疗上主张及早诊断和治疗，这是由于延误治疗时机会导
