Methods 　40 cases 49 nerves of cubital tunnel syndrome treated by t his met hod from 1988 to 1997 were reviewed and analyzed . Results The scores of motion and sensibility increased by 392 % ,t he effective rate was 9 1. 8 %. Conclusion This met hod is effective to treat cubital tunnel syndrome wit hout damage to t he blood supply of ulnar nerve and nerve branches. The chronic tractive inj ury at t he elbow is t he main factor of cubital tunnel syndrome . 【Key Words】　Ulnar nerve 　　Cubital tunnel syndrome 　　Fascia 　　肘管综合征临床上较常见 ,尺神经前移术是有 15 　前置病因 　肘部创伤史 32 例 33 侧 ,其中肱骨 效的治疗方法[ 1 ] ,而临床上常作尺神经游离后前置 外髁骨折 10 例 , 内髁骨折 6 例 ,髁上骨折 6 例 ,髁间 于肘前皮下 ,游离过少势必影响前移的程度及治疗 骨折 2 例 ,桡骨小头骨折切除术后 3 例 ,尺骨鹰嘴骨 效果 ,游离过多则可影响尺神经的血供并有可能切 折肘关节前脱位 2 例 ,肘部骨化性肌炎 2 例 ,创伤性 断尺神经的分支 。自1988 年至 1997 年 ,我们共采用 关节炎 1 例 2 侧 ;类风湿性关节炎 6 例 12 侧 ;无原因 带筋膜的尺神经前移术治疗肘管综合征 40 例 ,报告 2 例 4 侧 。 如下 。
