孕期科学管理亚临床甲减及妊娠结局关系 　　【摘要】 目的：观察科学管理亚临床甲状腺功能减退（甲减）孕妇对妊娠结局的影响。方法：将122例孕12～30周的亚临床甲减单胎妊娠孕妇随机分为观察组60例和对照组62例，对两组孕妇行常规孕检及甲状腺激素水平检测、糖耐量试验，并对观察组行孕期科学管理干预，观察比较两组妊娠不良结局发生率和新生儿不良事件发生率。结果：对照组发生糖耐量异常、流产、早产、新生儿低体重等并发症的发生率均高于观察组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对已经诊断为妊娠期亚临床甲减孕妇实施全孕程、科学管理干预，可显著降低孕妇孕期并发症及新生儿不良结局发生率 【关键词】 妊娠； 亚临床甲状腺功能减退； 妊娠结局 The Relationship between Subclinical Hypothyroidism during Pregnancy Management and Pregnancy Outcome/MO Zhi-wei，WANG Qiu-ping，XU Jin-jin.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（06）：111-114 【Abstract】 Objective：To observe subclinical thyroid function hypothyroidism（hypothyroidism） affect the scientific management of pregnant women on pregnancy outcome.Method：A total of 122 cases of pregnancy 12 to 30 weeks of subclinical hypothyroidism in singleton pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group （62 cases），all of the pregnant women underwent routine pregnancy test and detection of thyroid hormone levels，glucose tolerance test，the observation group was treated with scientific management intervention，the incidence rate of adverse outcomes and adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence of abnormal glucose tolerance，abortion，premature birth，low birth weight and other complications in control group were higher than those in observation group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The diagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy has been the implementation of the whole process of pregnancy，pregnant women scientific management intervention，can significantly reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications and neonatal adverse outcomes. 【Key words】 Pregnancy； Subclinical hypothyroidism； Pregnancy outcome First-authors address：The Central Hospital in Guangming New District of Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518107，China doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.06.031 正常的甲?钕俟δ苁侨焉锲谔ザ?良好发育及产程的重要保障。文献[1-2]研究证实，妊娠期亚临床甲减与反复流产、死产、早产相关性高。另外，胎盘早剥、妊娠期高血压、
