Methods Peripheral anticoagulant Blood were collected and CD4＋T cells from PBMC(Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell) were sorted by the methods of immunomagnetic bead.The expression of Blimp-1 mRNA and Bcl-6 mRNA levels were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results Compared with the healthy controls, Bcl-6mRNA expression was higher in patients with chronic hepatitis B, while the expression of Blimp-1 mRNA was weaker. Conclusions The expression of Bcl-6 mRNA and Blimp-1 mRNA levels were significant differences in chronic HBV patients.
