电站冷却塔可视模拟实验研究

电站冷却塔可视模拟试验系统研究 摘要 冷却塔广泛地应用于国民经济的许多部门,如电力、石油、化工、钢铁和轻纺等。本论文所讨论的是电力部门广泛应用的双曲线自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔。 本文先对冷却塔的发展、工作原理及其分类作了简要阐述,并对自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔的主要组成部分及其原理、热力计算、空气动力计算作了简要分析。冷却塔的尺寸设计是建立在模化理论基础上的,冷却塔实验研究属于模化试验,所以在第三章对实验系统的模化作了较详细的理论分析。 本文着重对冷却塔的具体零部件的设计、安装、测试实验作了详细的论述。在具体零部件的设计部分,由于实际场地、制造工艺、制造成本等因素的限制,本文对理论设计的部件,部分作了尺寸、样式、材料等调整。 在冷却塔的具体零部件安装部分,本文主要介绍了安装方法、流程以及安装过程中遇到问题的解决方法。 在测试试验部分,提出了重点测试参数,即空气干湿球温度、冷却塔 模型进出量和空气量,风速等测试方法。根据空气动力涡流装置安装前后,塔筒内的风速对比图,最后进行分析得出结论。 Simulating Experiment and Systematic Researching for the Power-Station Cooling Tower Abstract The cooling tower is widely applied to a lot of departments of national economy, for instance electricity, petroleum, chemical industry, steel and light textile, etc.. What was discussed in the paper is the hyperbolic wet counter-flow cooling tower of natural draft, which is used widely in electric power department. At first we have given a simplistic introduction about the development of cooling tower, and explained how it works in general condition. Because different type of cooling tower has different specific characters, so for natural ventilation reverse flow wet cooling tower, we gave a specific discussion about its components and the principles of how it works. Besides, we also calculated the heat exchanged in the system and parameters about air dynamic. The design of cooling tower is based on the principles and experiment, as for the details of the experiment; we have given a specific analysis, in chapter 4. In this passage, we also gave a discussion about the design and fixation of important parts, with specific workplace, processing of parts, such as the dimension style, material and so on. As for the fixation of pares, we gave a practices instruction about the methods, and the process of fixation and some advices also have been given to some available problems when fixation in order to analyze the status of cooling tower.
