华夏中文学校大费城分校体育馆使用管理规则 The   Gym Usage Policy  At Huaxia Chinese School at Great Valley     管理规则设定目的 华夏中文学校大费城分校（以下简称“学校”）租用East High School,Fugget Middle School 体育馆是为了给舞蹈课、各类室内体育课（包括但不局限于羽毛球、排球、篮球、太极、 Karate、空竹等）提供良好的教学场地。在优先保证教学的前提下，也为学生和家长提供 一个运动，娱乐，和休息的场所。为保障学生及家长的人身安全，及学校对运动场馆的管 理，特设以下规则。   Policy Objective    Pursuant to the lease between Huaxia Chinese School at Great Valley (hereinafter referred to as  “the School”) and West Chester Area School District, the School has the right to use certain  sports facilities (the “Gyms”) on the premise during the leased time.   The primary usage of the Gyms is to provide space and venue for dancing class and indoor  physical education classes offered by the School (including but not limited to badminton,  volleyball, basketball, Thai Chi, Karate, Chinese YoYo etc.). The Gyms may also be used for  recreational sports and social entertainment by the students and their parents as long as they  do not disrupt the normal teaching activities during the leased time. To better protect the  safety of the students and their parents as well as to provide an effective management of the  leased facilities, the School has thereby established the policy regarding the usage of the Gyms  as follows:    一．使用及收费 所有运动场馆只开放给本校会员(定义参照Bylaw)及未成年注册学生、学校在职教师和管 理人员的配偶（以下简称“本校成员”) 。本校成员可使用运动场馆而暂不用交纳任何费 用（根据收支状况，学校保留收费权利）。 I. Usage  Fee  The Gyms are only open to school members (as per defined by the School ByLaw,), registered  students, teaching and administrative staff and their spouses.  All the aforementioned (the  “School Members”) are allowed to use the Gyms at no charge (The School reserves the right to  charge the School Members at its sole discretion for financial consideration)  二．管理 所有本校成员都应严格遵守学校规定。学校家长会体育部长有责任维护属于学校的器材并 协调体育馆的使用，积极配合校方核对场上本校成员身份。家长会会长应负责巡视整个运 动场馆的维护和使用，并查对使用运动场馆的本校成员身份。
