After more than a year of hard work, at present a preliminary scale, this paper will introduce the current status of laboratory work, and the future direction of development, and founded the interdisciplinary laboratory course to share with you. Introduction With the rapid development of biotechnology in recent years, life science has become the focus of scientific research in various countries. However, biophysics is still a new field for the domestic physical community. In recent years, biophysics has gradually attracted the attention of both the domestic and foreign physics circles. Nobel prize winner Zhu Diwen has also listed biological molecular physics property as one of the main research directions. The size of biological macromolecules to cm, ranging from nano scale, combined with the characteristics of molecular biological reproduction is easy and fast, biotechnology has become the potential of Nano Mechanical manufacturing. At the physics department very early has noticed the potential and importance of biological physics, in addition to basic courses continue offering biological physics, more than last year for Dr. Dong Chengyuan to the fluorescence known as an assistant professor, established a microscopic biophysics laboratory, hope to actively promote the bio physical experiment, research and teaching of basic courses.
