中国商业银行跨国经营中的国家风险分析及控制

摘 要：随着我国商业银行跨国经营的发展，我国商业银行海外分支机构不断增加，使得各项业务活动中越来越多地涉
及国家风险管理。国家风险是不同于商业银行经营的其他一般风险，它的涉及面广、突发性强、不可抗力因素多，这对现有国家
风险分析和控制体系提出高要求。本文分析了我国商业银行跨国经营的现状及所面临的国家风险，并对客户追随理论下的国家
风险发展趋势作进一步探讨，提出商业银行跨国经营有效的国家风险管理对策建议。

Abstract ：With the multinational operation of Chinas commercial banks and the incensement of overseas branches, more and more
business activities of commercial banks involve country risk management. Country Risk is different from other general operating risks of
commercial banks. It involves a wide range of unexpected force majeure factors, which puts a high demand on the existing risk analysis and
control system. This paper analyzes the multinational operations of commercial banks of China and the current country risk, and further
explores the trends under the theory of following customers, and finally puts forward countermeasures on effective country risk management
for multinational operation of China ’s commercial banks.
