Methods 300 patients with malignant tumor by chemotherapy were chosen in the period from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital and randomly divided into 3 groups including A group (100 patients) with CVC, B group (100 patients) with PICC and C group (100 patients) with PORT; and the?complications incidence, symptom distress score, QLICP score and nursing satisfaction?of 3 groups were compared. Results The complications incidence of C group were significantly lower than A group and B group （p0.05）. The complications incidece of B group were significantly lower than A group（p0.05）.symptom distress score among 3 groups（p0.05）. The QLICP score of group were significantly higher than A group and B group （p0.05）. The QLICP score of group were significantly higher than A group（p0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of group were significantly higher than A group and B group （p0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of group were significantly higher than A group（p0.05）. Conclusion Compared with , PORT in the treatment of patients with malignant tumor by chemotherapy can efficiently reduce the complications risk, improve the quality of life and be helpful to higher the satisfaction of nursing services.
