E公司绩效管理体系设计4
内 容 摘 要
随着经济全球化的步伐越来越快,市场竞争日趋激烈,在这种竞争中,一个企业要想取得竞争优势,必须不断提高其整体效能和绩效。实践证明,提高绩效的有效途径是进行绩效管理。绩效管理是所有企业求生存与发展的基础工程,必须给予高度重视。
本文所研究的E公司正是为了保证绩效水平的持续提高和公司整体目标的有效实现,提出了改进绩效管理体系的需求。本文在对E公司绩效管理现状进行了分析的基础上,运用先进的绩效管理理论,并结合公司的实际需要,设计了一套针对E公司的全新的绩效管理体系。
主要从公司绩效管理的现状,存在的问题,绩效管理的理论及科学绩效管理体系的设计等几方面进行了系统的阐述。其主要成果在于,将绩效管理的先进理念应用于E公司的绩效管理体系之中,并在最大程度上考虑了公司的实际需要。希望本文所设计的绩效管理体系能在E公司发挥出其应有的效用,解决现存的问题,促进E公司的长期稳定发展,同时也为其它企业的绩效管理工作提供一些借鉴参考意义。

ABSTRACT
As the global economy is increasingly pressing and market competition is fierce day by day, one enterprise, which wants to be success in the fierce competition, must continuous improving its whole efficacy and efficiency. It is proved by the practice that the best way to improve the efficiency is to carry on performance management; the base for the surviving and development of all enterprises, which enterprises must attached great importance to.
To ensure the steadily improvement of performance level and effective realization of enterprise’s whole target, E Company put forward a proposal to improve performance management system. On the basis of analysis of the current performance management status of E Company, by adapting advanced theory of performance management, with combination of actual needs of the company, the article designs a set of new performance management system in view of E Company. The article has five parts in total.
The main achievement of the article is that it successfully applied the advanced theory of performance management to E Company with consideration of actual needs of the company in great extent. We hope that the performance management system, which the article designed, can make full use of its application toward E Company, solve the existing problems, and promote the steady development of the company.
In addition, it has reference meaning for other performance management works.
