It is the author’s understanding that body-outlook is the consciousness and awareness of one’s body, both internal and external, and Wuology is a “Tao,” or way, of physical and mental self-education in the context of Wushu, or Chinese martial arts. At the same time, how the concept of “Chinese body-outlook” affects self-education of Wuology has been macroscopically expounded, and how Wushu affects body-outlook has been microscopically analyzed; to the status quo of research on body-outlook and self-education of Wuology, suggestion of constructing body-theory of Wuology has been put forward in order to meet demands of Wushu development. 斯蒂芬·福克斯先生 Brief introduction：Stephan Fox is without doubt one of the most renowned muaythai personalities in the world.
