学 号 毕业设计(论文) 题目： 小油壶盖注射模设计 摘 要 本设计基于塑料成型的基本原理，特别是单分型面注射模具的工作原理，应用计算机辅助制造设计小油壶盖模。制采用材料为（LDPE）对零件结构进行了工艺分析。确定了分型面、浇注系统等，选择了注射机，计算了成型零部件的尺寸采用侧浇口利用直导柱导向，推杆顶料，完成脱模。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠。最后对模具结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核并用AutoCAD和PRO/E绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。小油壶盖；LDPE Abstract The design is based on the basic principles of plastic molding, in particularly, it adopts a single surface of the working principle of injection molding, It uses the CAD and CAM for the lid of a small oiler injection molding, It analysis the parts in detail. Then analysis the structure of the parts, confirms the parting surface, Gating system, and at the same time selects the injection machine, calculates the size of the molding parts and also designs the structure of it. In order to ensure the normal work of the mold we uses the side gate, Uses the straight guide pillar guidance, putting the top material, the template completes the drawing of patterns. Finally, we check the structure of the mold injection machine, and the working process and we also use AutoCAD and PRO/E to draw the mold assemble and the parts drawings.
