毕业设计(论文) 题 目:聚苯胺复合导电纤维的制备与研究 学 院: 纺织与材料学院 专业班级: 纺织工程(针织服装)08级(2)班 指导教师: 职称: 讲师 学生姓名: 学 号: 摘 要 涤纶是世界产量最大,应用最广泛的品种目前涤纶占世界合成纤维产量的60%以上大量用于衣料、、各种装饰布料、国防军工特殊织物等纺织品以及其他工业用纤维制品,如过滤材料、绝缘材料、帘子线、传送带等。/涤纶复合导电纱线, , ,:NaOH浓度为50g/L,反应温度为80℃,碱处理时间为2h,过硫酸铵/苯胺单体摩尔比为1:1,硫酸浓度为1mol/L,反应时间为6h,15~25℃。 采用原位聚合法制备了涤纶/聚苯胺复合导电织物, 90min,℃,浴比为1:20,过硫酸铵/苯胺单体摩尔比为1:1,1mol/L,2h,15~25℃ ABSTRACT Polyester is the worlds largest output synthetic fiber which is widely used in the world. Polyester accounts for more than 60 percent of the worlds synthetic fiber production, and it is used extensively for clothing, bedding, a variety of decorative fabrics, national defense and special fabric textiles and other industrial fiber products, such as filter materials,insulation materials, tire cord, conveyor belts. Polyester has low moisture regain and static electricity, which largely limits the application of polyester products. Preparing polyaniline/polyester compound conductive yarn though in-situ polymerization synthesis and use aniline as a monomer and polyester fiber as a matrix. The optimal reaction condition could be gotten from the experimental results. The results show that, by controlling the reaction conditions, good performance conductive fiberabsorp polyaniline effectively can be prepared. The optimal reaction conditions: the density of caustic soda is 50g/L, reaction temperature 80℃, the alkali treatment time is 2h, molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1:1, sulfuric acid is 1mol/L, reaction time is 6h, the reaction temperature 15~25℃. Preparing polyaniline/polyester compound conductive fabrics though in-situ polymerization synthesis, the optimal reaction condition could be gotten from the experimental results: the time of polyester alkali reduction is 90min, molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1:1, of sulfuric acid is 0.6 mol/L, sulfuric acid is 1mol/L, reaction tim
