摘要:目的 比较分析低温等离子刀扁桃体切除术与传统扁桃体剥离术的疗效。方法 将80例慢性扁桃体炎患者随机分为传统
扁桃体剥离术(传统手术组)和低温等离子刀扁桃体切除术(低温等离子手术组),并根据年龄段再次分2 组。分析4 组在手术时
间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间有无差异。结果 传统手术组与低温等离子手术组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间上差
异有统计学意义(P0.05);低温等离子组中低龄组与高龄组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间上差异亦有统计学意义(P
0.05)。结论 低温等离子刀扁桃体切除术较传统扁桃体剥离术手术时间短,术中出血少,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,安全性高,尤其适
用于儿童患者。

Effects of low-temperature coblation-assisted and traditional dissection tonsillectomy

Abstract: Objective To compare convention dissection with coblation by low-temperature plasma radiofrequency in
tonsillectomy intra operation and after operation. Methods Eighty patients were divided into convention dissection group and
low-temperature group, each group was divided into two groups by age. Operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative pain
time were recorded, and the differences among these 4 groups were analyzed. Results Coblation groups had a significant
shorter operative time, less bleeding intraoperative, and a better pain sore after operation than the traditional method groups.
At the same time, the teenages had a better effect than the elders in coblation group. Conclusion Comparing with traditional
dissection, coblation by low-temperature plasma is easy to perform with less bleeding intraoperative, shorter opration time,
less pain postoperative, coblation by low-temperature plasma in tonsillectomy expectively better in teenages group. It is
worthy of popularization and application in children.
