Drug: pentobarbital sodium Dose Low High Middle sedation hypnosis  respiratory paralysis  (calm, reduction of activity) (sleep:the disappearance of righting reflex30s) (stop breathing ) Methods Weigh and number 3 mice one by one, then observe their behavior and the righting reflex. Administrate 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.8% pentobarbital sodium at the dose of 20, 40, 80mg /kg (0.1ml/10g) to mouse #1,2,3 by i.p. accordingly. After administration, observe their behavior and the righting reflex, record the behavior of each mouse, and then fill the data in the table below.
