Use non-conditional logistic analyze method to analyze the related factors of the infection of HIV in aged population Results:19482 people accepted VCT service in the three years, the number of each year is 5621,6788,7073.Among them, the number of male is 11729(60.2%),female is 7753(39.8%), the average number of HIV test positive every year is 904~1018，the ratio of HIV positive is 12.85~17.8%, it has a decline trend, the positive trend of male is higher than female. The logistic analyze shows that the increasing age, not in marriage, have a positive stabilize sex partner ,and have sexual behaviors are all the influence factors of HIV infection, the ratio of syphilis positive is 1.46%(1.38%~1.51%) Conclusions: The awareness of aged people seeking for HIV test is increasing, the VCT has become a important way to find aged HIV/AIDS, it is needed to intensify the intervention work of divorced/widowed ,have commercial sex behaviors old men 【Key wo
