中小企业ERP系统实施探析 摘 要 处于知识经济时代的企业，面临激烈的市场竞争和外部压力，若想适应时代的进步、提高自身竞争力和市场占有率，就必须进行革新。企业内部物流与社会大环境下的供需是密切相关的，企业的生产经营活动必须将供给链纳入自己的规划和管理系统。ERP系统着眼于企业资源利用的全面化和系统化，保证了企业在知识经济时代市场竞争中能应对自如。目前国内众多大型企业已成功实施ERP系统，但是ERP在中小企业的试用中却显现出了越来越多的问题。为此，本文首先研究中小企业实施ERP系统的重要性，再通过试行案例分析ERP运用过程中遇到的困难，最后针对中小企业自身特点找到解决方法和途径。研究发现：合理规划、科学运作对中小企业实施ERP具有至关重要的作用，企业需要对自身特点进行深入研究，选择合适的ERP系统并修正系统中不适合自身运营的部分。在多次尝试、分析之后，中小企业终将找到自己的ERP之路，并在激烈的市场竞争中不断探索前进。 关键词：中小企业；资源管理；ERP；市场竞争 Explore and analyses on ERP system implementation of SMEs Abstract Facing the fierce market competition and external pressure in the era of knowledge economy, enterprises must always make innovations, in order to adapt to the times and improve the competitiveness and market share. Internal logistics is closely related to social supply and demand. Therefore, enterprises should incorporate supply chain in the planning and management system. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems focus on the generalization and systematization of enterprise resource utilization, and ensure the enterprise to keep good performance while facing the competition of knowledge economy. At present ERP system has been successfully implemented in a number of domestic large enterprises. However, problems are emerging among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This paper first studies the importance of implementing ERP system in SMEs, then analyzes the difficulties of ERP application with pilot cases, and finally provides solutions to SMEs according to their own characteristics. The paper indicates that rational planning and scientific operations plays a critical role in implementing ERP in SMEs, and, by studying their own characteristics, they should choose the appropriate ERP systems which can be modified accordingly. After several attempts and studies, SMEs will eventually find their own way of ERP, and continue to make exploration and progress in the fierce market competition.
