General Terms and Conditions of Sale销售通用条款和条件 1. GENERAL 总则 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Conditions) govern the offering, sale and delivery of all goods and/or services, including consultancy services (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Product(s)), from or on behalf of Nonwovens (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
