How can we live a stress-free life?;Life is more demanding today than it ever has been . Too many people live under different kinds of pressure.;No one can escape from it.
But how can we face it? ;By doing that, we can reduce the chances to be under unnecessary stress.;Close your eyes and imagine yourself laying on a seaside bench, enjoying the vastness of the oceans.;A 30-minute brisk walk in the park, or a relaxing session of yoga or Chinese Tai Chi(中国太极) will do wonders.;Know your limits. If a problem is beyond your control and cannot be changed at the moment, learn to accept what it is, for now, until such time when you can change things.

be a healthy way to bring relief to your anxiety, and it might
prevent a headache or other physical
