This document reflects the majority view of these institutions and is to be used when a prequalification process takes place prior to the bidding process for procurement of works through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) in projects that are financed in whole or in part by the World Bank. This document is organized into two (2) main components: The Prequalification Document for Procurement of Works; and A User’s Guide for the Prequalification Document for Procurement of Works.
