攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 国内铁矿石选矿布点、技术装备现状与发展研究 学生姓名： 邓勇 学生学号： 200511101206 院（系）： 材料工程学院 年级专业：2005级材料科学与工程 指导教师： 邹建新 教授 二〇〇九年六月  摘 要 钢铁是工业的基础，钢铁产量是一个国家工业能力的基本标志，而它的产量又与矿石储量和矿石质量以及选矿工艺的水平都密切相关，在攀枝花这个以钢铁资源立市的西部钢铁之都，它的成长史就是一个以矿石资源为基础的工业发展史，如果没有丰富的铁矿石资源，就不会有这个崛起在不毛之地的城市。 中国铁矿资源有两个特点：一是贫矿多，贫矿出储量占总储量的80%；二是多元素共生的复合矿石较多。此外矿体复杂，有些贫铁矿床上部为赤铁矿，下部为磁铁矿。所以技术水平显得尤为重要。 本文简要的论述了国内铁矿石选矿厂的分布状况、选矿工艺技术水平、选矿设备水平的现状，探讨与展望今后几年铁矿石选矿厂的分布调整、选矿工艺技术和选矿设备的发展趋势，以期对国内铁矿石选矿技术、装备、工程及生产有一定参考价值。 关键词：铁矿石布点，选矿工艺技术水平，发展趋势  ABSTRACT The steel and iron is the industry foundation, the steel and iron output is a national industry ability basic symbol, but its output all makes with the ore reserves and the ore quality as well as the dressing craft level is connected, sets up the city in kapok this by the steel and iron resources the western steel and iron all, its growth history is one take the ore resources as the foundation industry history, if does not have the rich iron ore resources, cannot have this to rise in the barren land city. The Chinese iron ore resources have two characteristics: One is the lean ore are many, the lean ore leaves the reserves to account for the ultimate reserves 80%; Two is the multi-element paragenesis compound ore are many.In addition the ore body is complex, on some poor iron ore bed is the hematite, lower part is the magnetite. Therefore the technical level appears especially importantly.
