合页铰链件模具设计 院 系：机电与自动化学院 专 业 班：机械电子工程1004班 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2014年5月 合页铰链件模具设计 The Design of Hinge Mold 摘 要 本次毕业设计是合页铰链的冲孔落料卷圆模具的设计，冲压模具主要是将板料分离或成形而得到制件的加工方法。因为模具的生产主要是大批量的生产，而且模具可以保证冲压产品的尺寸精度和产品质量，模具的设计与制造主要考虑到模具的设计能否满足工件的工艺性设计，能否加工出合格的零件，以及后来的维修和存放是否合理等。在本次设计的合页铰链中，不仅要考虑要使做出的零件能满足工作要求，还要保证它的使用寿命。 此次设计的模具共有三套，分别完成三个工序：第一套模具为冲孔切断级进模，实现吧条形板料处理成自己需要尺寸的方形坯料；第二套模具为预弯工序模具，因为板料有2mm厚度，所以为减少卷圆时模具所受到的侧向力，必须加一道预弯工序；第三套模具为卷圆模具，即实现合页上卷圆的功能。? 本次设计的主要内容：工件的工艺性分析；冲压工艺方案的确定；模具的技术要求及材料选用；主要设计尺寸的计算；工作部分尺寸计算；模具的总体设计；主要零部件的结构设计；模具的总装图；模具的装配等。 关键词：级进模 卷圆模 侧向力 Abstract This graduation design is the design about the hinges of the punching blanking curling die. Stamping die is mainly to isolated or forming the sheet metal processing methods are workpiece.The production is mainly due to mold mass production,but the die can ensure the dimensional accuracy and quality of stamping products. Mold design and manufacture of primary consideration to the mold design can meet the design process the workpiece. It can process a qualified parts, repair and storage is reasonable.In the design of the hinge,not only considering to make the parts to meet the job requirements, but also ensuring its service life. The design of this mode has three sets in total and it contains three steps:the first set of mould for punching and cutting die.Putting bar sheet into square blank to needed size.Second sets of mold is the pre bending process of mold,Because of the sheet with the thickness of 2mm, the lateral are forced to reduce rolling dies ,You must add a pre bending process;Third sets of molds for curling die is the realization of hinge roll round function. The main contents of the design: Analysising of the process of workpiece, determining the
