摘 要
《机械工程控制基础》是机械类本科专业学生一门重要技术基础课程,其特点是概念抽象、理论性强、数学推导关系多、计算繁琐、知识面关联广泛,以致使学生难于理解掌握。用MATLAB软件辅助教学能化解教学难度和学习难度,加深学生对控制理论知识的理解与运用,有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效率和授课质量。本文针对《控制工程基础》课程的教学内容和特点, 基于MATLAB技术围绕控制系统数学模型建立、时间响应分析、频率特性分析、系统稳定性分析等主要课程内容,研究开发动态计算和绘图功能的仿真教学课件。首先,本文对机械工程控制基础教学系统软件功能进行了需求分析,给出了系统的功能设计;其次,在此基础上,提出了系统的总体方案,完成了系统的概要设计,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK 环境下,完成了各功能模块、人机界面及接口的详细设计和编程,实现了所需的教学功能;最后,完成课件PPT的制作,以及PPT和MATLAB的链接技术。

Abstract
Mechanical Engineering Control Basis is an important technical foundation courses of mechanical undergraduate students, which is characterized by abstract concepts, theories and strong mathematical derivation relationships and more tedious calculations, width of relative knowledge, causing students difficult to understand and master. Using MATLAB software supporting the teaching and learning can resolve the difficulty of teaching and learning, and enhance students understanding and application of control theoretical knowledge.It is effective to stimulate student interest in learning, improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality. This paper, as for Control Engineering Fundamentals course content and characteristics, based on MATLAB technology around mathematical modeling of the control system, time response analysis, frequency analysis, system stability analysis and other main courses, research and develop simulation courseware of dynamic calculations and drawing functions. First, it makes a need analysis for mechanical engineering control teaching system software features, given the systems functional design.Secondly, on this basis, we propose a general scheme of the system to complete the design of the system, and in the MATLAB / SIMULINK environment, complete the various functional modules, HMI and the detailed design and programming interfaces, and achieve the required teaching function. Finally, it completes the PPT courseware production, as well as links to technical PPT and MATLAB.
