Some view of gender equality ;The desire for freedom is the nature of people. But can equality come overnight? We might as well take the gender inequality for an example. ;Women seemed to be the least important creatures in the world in ancient times in China. At that time the criterion(评判的标准) whether a woman was good or not was obedient（孝顺的）. What they have was just the responsibility of taking care of the household.;As time goes by, tremendous changes have happened to women’s status. Being permitted to receive education makes women have the chance to compete with men and change their destinies. Indeed, women do better than men in many aspect.;Women have made so many progress that some people argue that manliness（男子气概) has been hijacked by feminism(女权主义） and advocates of gender-equality society. They bring the problem of rebuilding gender harmony to another extreme. They appeal on different levels to return the men’s status to original point.;What has caused this? Of course there are many reasons. Kids receive messages from society that encourage them to fit into existing boxes, including with regard to gender. But everyone want themselves to be able to grow up free from the gender roles that society places upon all of them. ;So, I think our only priority(优先权，优先的事情）is to break upon boxes. After that, we can discuss the gender equality without limited. ;
