Methods: Forty eight patients after enterostomy were divided into five small groups, 8-12 patients in each group. The scenario simulation training scheme included slides speech, multimedia video, group activities and simulation training. The patients self-efficacy was measured with the Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale after three months. Results: Postoperative patients had middle to high levels of self-efficacy. The scores were higher than that in a domestic cross-sectional survey. Conclusion: The small group scenario simulation training scheme could improve enterostomy patients self-efficacy in early stage.
