Chang Department of Textile Engineering, Chinese Culture University1 摘要 DNA (DNA) (PVA)DNA DNA 18kV 15cm 0.8ml/hr 10 wt%PVA/DNADNA DNA 10 wt%PVA 10%DNA 240min86.74% Abstract This study aim at using the characteristic of heavy metal compound which embededin deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) the double helix structure to purity wastewater from industry. Inorder to develop adsortoble DNA filter material, DNA polymer solution mixed with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) in electrostatic spinning. its large surface area, adsorption wide area.The results point out indeed when 10wt%PVA/DNA mixture condition obtained the better DNA nanofibers morophorge. Along with DNA solution concentration enhanced adsorption rate, the best DNA nanofibers mixture condition was 10D 10P.
