This isolating plate has functions as Isolating, anti-adhesion , anti-wear. If this plate is made by ceramic powder furnace, it’s easy damaged by movement, assembly and improper operation. So , coating a thin layer ceramic on base metal plate by APS , not only having isolating effects but also prevent crash. There have electron accumulation troubles for this plate made by all ceramic or APS coating. This research will find a possible solution for electron accumulation on coating plate by a series experiments and tests. Our research methods including APS , thin-hard layer grinding and special jig-fixture technology. Testing the anti-electron-accumulation effects by different isolating materials and coating thickness.
