Keywords: farmers income composition problems and countermeasures 前 言 农民的收入状况和生活水平是我国全面建设小康社会道路上的首要问题。改革开放以来，我国农业的发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，农民生活水平也有了显著的提高。但与此同时，也暴露了一些令人担忧的矛盾和问题。近年来农民收入问题成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文研究的目的是在于更好的了解当今平原地区农村农民收入来源及构成，反应农民生活现状，把调查的结果做为国家制定相关的政策提供依据。同时基于农民现实问题，提出合理化建议。 一、 当前农民收入构成的现状 邯郸临漳县砖寨营乡是典型的平原农村的特征：多平地、农户基本都有土地但较为分散、部分农户利用土地气候发展特色果树等经济作物种植。 本文通过对邯郸砖寨营乡有代表性的砖寨营村、张柳村、东风柳村、老庄村四村的农户进行调查，采用入户走访、实地观察、问卷调查的方式获得数据。本次调查结果中，我们将农民的主要收入构成分为六个维度：粮食作物、经济作物、家禽家畜养殖、基本工资（含打工）、个体经营、其他收入。在以砖寨营乡为例的调查中，四个村子里的基本工资（含打工）在各村子里的收入构成中所占的比例无显著性
