Poultry salmonellosis is common in all parts of the world, and to keep the dangers of industry is very big, in the farm for chicken’s depression, loss of appetite, production performance decline. The author investigate the Yunnan local native culture games, against the disease chicken, the acquisition of suspected avian salmonellosis of sick chicken liver to carry on the separation of the bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test, in order to achieve to the farms provide reasonable scientific laboratory basis, and help farms to treat disease to reduce economic loss. Through the drug sensitivity test in 31, the 16 species of bacteria isolated from chicken drug resistance, is 51.61%; low susceptibility to 12 drugs, is 38.71%; susceptibility to 3 drugs, 9.68% per cent; high sensitive drug-free. Drugs that can be used are: left-ofloxacin, ceftiofur, and clindamycin. The 26 species of bacteria isolated from commercial chicken drug resistance, is 83.87%; low susceptibility to 2 drugs, is 6.45%; to 1 drug-sensitive, 3.23%; 2 kinds of drug hypersensitivity, at 6.45%.
