摘 要 近年来随着我国国民经济的持续高速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，城市居住区 大规模建设，置业者对居住区的要求从满足基本生活需要向更环保、更适居、更人性化 发展。这一发展趋势也使居住区停车问题进入政府和开发商视野。众所周知，私人购买 小汽车已经成为我国居民新一轮的消费热点。然而，由于对我国机动车发展趋势估计不 足，加上在城市居住区规划中长期忽视了停车设施的规划与建设，致使目前我国各城市 居住区停车位问题日益突出，同样，济南市也不例外。甚至有些居民小区因车辆无处停 放而影响到国防通道，严重影响了正常的交通秩序。 本论文针对上述问题，首先通过对国内外居住区停车位配置现状的分析，总结出影 响居住区停车位规划建设的主要因素，为济南市的停车位配建指标提供借鉴依据。其次， 列举了居住区停车位建设管理中的诸多问题，并对产生这些问题的原因进行了分析。最 后，论文从不同角度为济南市居住区停车位配建指标建设提出建议，为济南市居住区停 车位的管理提出应对策略,并探索新的建设管理方案。 关键词：居住区，停车方式，车流量，建设管理 Abstract With the continuous development of construction of residential areas, residential areas in the landscape has become home buyers to consider their one big factor, whereas in the landscape design of residential area, in addition to good design booth, station, water, pavilions, recreation facilities and landscape plants, parking space design more and more receives the government, developers, home buyers attention. Even some residents of the area by vehicle nowhere to park and affect the national channel, seriously affect the normal traffic order. In this paper, in view of the above problems, the first at home and abroad through the residential area parking space allocation current situation analysis, summed up the impa
