房产中介行业的网络营销模式研究——以Q房网为例[摘要]随着网络的地日渐普及化大数据时代的到来,传统的中介行业也由原来的传统线下大规模开店占领市场的方式,转变到线上线下相结合的运作模式。而由于线上网络端口费用不断上涨,大大挤压掉原本就处于红海市场的房产中介行业的利润,引起了中介行业的集团抗议。而这个时候,世华地产加盟Q房,推出全新的合伙经纪人模式,打破了房产中介行业原有的生态链。本次论文也以这次典型案例中的Q房网为研究对象,通过文献研究法、联系实际法、访谈法、实地调查法对房产中介行业的发展过程和Q房网的营销策略进行了研究。在探讨房产中介行业的发展过程中我主要分析了地产中介网络营销的基本过程、国内外房地产中介行业的对比、对未来模式的一种预测。在研究Q房网的网络营销模式过程中,我通过了SWOT的分析,营销策略的总结,从而提出了对Q房网未来发展的一些小建议。本论文希望通过对Q房网网络营销策略的研究,为房产中介行业的网络营销模式提供参考。[关键词]房产中介行业;网络营销;网络营销模式Network?marketing model of?real estate?intermediary industry?-- A Case Study of Q[Abstract]With the popularization of network has become more and more big data era, the traditional intermediary industry from the traditional line of large-scale opening to occupy the market, change to the mode of operation of the line combination. Due to the rising cost of online network ports, squeezed out is originally in the Red Sea market real estate intermediary industry profits, causing the intermediary industry group protest.
