Abstract: Conducting poly(34-ethylene dioxythiophene) film was prepared by in situ chemical oxidation method. The influences of different process factors on the film electric conductivity were investigated. The results show that the higher m conductivity film ( 20 S/cm) can be obtained through following polymerization conditions: an 14 volume ratio of monomer to oxidizer, 90% volume fraction of solvent, 0.5% volume fraction of accelerant, and –5 of polymerization p temperature.
