6 / 005 3 Study on the Radar Absorbing Composite with Orthogona-l arranged Silicon Carbide Fiber Circuit , , , ( , 30007 ) LI Jia-jun, ZHENG Chang-jin, ZHAO Na-i qin, GU O Xin-quan ( School of M aterials Science and Engineering, Tianjin U niversity , T ianjin 30007 , China) : SiC / SiC / , , ( : 8mm, 6mm) , , ( 6mm 4mm mm) , ; , , : ; ; ; : TM 5 : A : 1001-4381( 005) 03-0006-04 Abstract: Radar absorption performances of orthogona-l arranged SiCf circuit/ epoxy composite and or- thogonal-arranged electroless-nikel-plated SiCf circuit/ epoxy composite w ere studied. T he results show ed that radar absorption performances of the composites w ere deeply affected by the distance be- tw een SiCf and the rate of mass growth of the nikel coating. As to the former, w ith the decrease of the distance betw een SiCf , radar absorption bandw idth and the maximum absorption peak exhibited an en- hancement, as though radar absorption effect w as w eak w hen the distance w as w ide ( such as 8mm, 6mm) ; as to the latter, w ith the increase of the distance or the rate of w eight growth, radar absorp- tion performance exhibited an increase and then follow ed by a decline.
