4#地块1#楼附着升降脚手架工程施工方案
编制依据:
1、工程设计施工图纸及总平面图w的电动机,采用上下楔卡式小行程千斤顶与竹节式吊杆相配合,所以耗电量少,升降平稳,同步、安全性好,无累计升降差,具有调平功能,能通过操作台了解提升动力的运行情况,一旦超载、失载,能及时警告操作人员,杜绝事故的发生;架体上设有千斤顶上、下防坠和机械楔卡两套防坠装置,他们分别设在提升导轨主框架和防坠导轨支座上。升降工况时,若某个油管发生破裂或千斤顶发生故障,千斤顶上、下防坠器可及时卡住吊杆,避免事故发生;如吊杆失重(即架体坠落),防坠器能在短暂的时间内及时工作,防止架体坠落,达到安全保护的目的。在高层建筑上使用“泰山牌”导轨式液压升降脚手架,与扣件式钢管脚手架比较,能节约材料,节省人工、机械使用费,使施工工期
